Information you provide

Dealthreads collects information you submit through sample requests, booking forms, email replies, service intake, and agreements. This may include your name, work email, company, role, market, ideal customer profile, outreach goals, and information needed to configure a service.

Website and attribution data

The website records first-party events such as page views, form starts, submissions, and booking clicks. It may also store referral and campaign parameters so Dealthreads can understand which outreach or content produced an inquiry.

When configured, Dealthreads uses Google Analytics to measure website traffic and interaction events. Google Analytics may process device and browser information, page paths, referral and campaign data, and interaction events using cookies or similar identifiers. Prospect and client data

Outbound services may use business contact information from client-provided files, licensed data providers, public business sources, and company websites. Client data is used only to deliver the agreed targeting, enrichment, outreach, reporting, and CRM workflows. Client service agreements may add more specific processing terms.

How information is used

• Respond to sample requests and service inquiries.
• Prepare targeting, outreach, fulfillment, and sales follow-up.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and service.
• Maintain records required for billing, agreements, suppression, and compliance.
• Send requested confirmations or relevant follow-up. Marketing email includes an opt-out path.

Vendors and disclosure

Dealthreads uses service providers for hosting, email, calendars, CRM, data enrichment, calling, payments, and reporting. Information is shared only as needed to operate those services, comply with law, protect rights, or complete a business transaction. Dealthreads does not sell personal information as a standalone data product.

Retention and security

Information is retained while needed for an active inquiry, client relationship, legal obligation, suppression request, or legitimate operational purpose. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also request that Dealthreads stop marketing outreach or place a business contact on a suppression list.
