Founder and operator

Ryan Tydingco builds outbound systems in public.

Ryan works in tech account management while building Dealthreads and installing AI-enabled operating systems inside real businesses. The goal is simple: replace opinions about go-to-market with live tests, owned infrastructure, and evidence a buyer can inspect.

Why this exists

The experiment came before the expertise claim.

Ryan started by automating cold outreach across multiple markets. The important lesson was not that AI could send more. It was that no amount of automation could rescue a weak market, a generic offer, or a list with no reason to act now.

Dealthreads is the operating response to that lesson: control the market, signal, offer, and activity in a short test; preserve every artifact; then make an honest go, refine, or stop decision.

The current operating rooms

The work behind the field notes.

The writing on this site comes from work already running, not a content calendar looking for something to say.

Dealthreads

A founder-run outbound test that installs the buyer list, email infrastructure, playbooks, and reporting in the client's name, then turns signals and replies into a daily execution queue.

Creative Alternatives

AI and go-to-market systems installed inside a 25-year-old promotional-products distributor doing roughly $3.2M in annual revenue.

The public operating log

Campaign decisions, samples, replies, objections, and outcomes documented while they happen, including the evidence that has not been earned yet.
